Once the initial build is completed, it providing freedom for the client to amend many areas, thus reducing additional costs if changes or updates to the site are required at a later date.

Our normal process is to agree a design specification, which is posted onto our demonstration web site. This ensures that you, the client, are confident that the design meets your requirements before any further development takes place.

Starter Package

Our prices begin from £349, which includes the following;

• Purchase of .com, .co.uk, .eu domain name.

• Registration of domain name for 12 months.

• Website hosting for 12 months.

• Design and building of site.

• Ability for user to modify main body text page content after build is completed (CMS).

• Home page, contact page, about us page, links page.

• Web email facilities (or use your own email program such as Outlook)

• Optimisation for Google and submission of initial sitemap to Google.

*Further pages and modules (examples described above), can be added at additional cost.

Real Estate Package

This contains all the features of the Starter package, with the addition of a Real Estate facility

• Upload property description and images

• Receive enquiries for specific properties

• Google Map location of property shown

• Add video tours to the properties

• Monitor hits

The Real Estate facilities are simple to use, and prices start from £650
